As of my knowledge cutoff date, there had been no official announcements regarding a sequel to the movie “Zootopia.” However, it’s possible that a sequel could be in development or planned for the future. If any new information becomes available, I’ll do my best to provide an update.

As of my knowledge cutoff date of September 2021, there had been no official announcements regarding a sequel to the movie “Zootopia,” let alone one with the title “Zootopia 2: Rise of the Non-Mammalians.“
However, it’s worth noting that the idea of exploring non-mammalian species and their role in the world of “Zootopia” could be an interesting premise for a sequel. The original movie touched on themes of diversity, inclusion, and prejudice, and further exploring these themes through the lens of non-mammalian characters could be an exciting direction for the franchise.
